Residents Recall Race-Based Roots Of Hamilton Park 10/12/2017

 
How much do you know about Hamilton Park in Dallas? Two miles beyond the NorthPark Center sits a neighborhood built for doctors, lawyers and educators in the 1950s — a segregated, blacks only community. Some of the area’s original residents still live there, and remember the race-based beginnings very well.
